Gradac Castle
The Ministry of Culture is seeking investor and developer clients with the ability to take over the management of the Gradac Castle as leasehold or freehold. The castle is located in the south-eastern part of Slovenia. For the castle to become a fully-operational tourist attraction, the investor will have to complete the renovation and furnish the castle before opening its doors to the public.

Phase: The conceptual design of the project documentation for renovation has been prepared. The location has been intended for tourism development in the municipal spatial plan. There is space reserved for green areas and a golf course in the immediate vicinity.
Level of investment : 12 mill EURO
Type of investment: The complex is intended for tourism purposes and available as a freehold or a long-term leasehold.
