Holiday Destination: Wellness on the Kolpa River
New tourist facilities will be constructed in one of Slovenia’s most alluring and pristine environments. The idea is to offer a great spa and wellness getaway, as well as action-packed adventures on and along the Kolpa River. The investment project envisages a resort situated on 11 hectares of land zoned for commercial development, featuring a 108-room hotel built on an elevated site and 40 holiday apartments with the capacity to accommodate 380 guests.

Phase: Geothermal drilling was performed and the resulting 841 m deep borehole revealed an outflow capacity of 13,6 L/s and a temperature of 20,6 C. A pre-investment study complete with a conceptual design has been prepared (images of the area attached). The area has been allocated for tourist purposes in the municipal zoning plan.
